Refund Policy

OH BOY! Games wants you to enjoy OH BOY!. If the Game isn’t right for you, you can request a refund of your purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase.

What is covered

The one-time OH BOY! Full Game Access purchase of USD $49.98 is eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason. The first turn of the Game is playable free of charge so you can try it before you buy.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of these ways:

• Email us at info@ohboygame.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we will arrange it for you.
• Contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record, directly at paddle.net using your order number or receipt email.

How refunds are processed

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders and processes refunds on our behalf. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We aim to review requests within 2 business days; once approved, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Access to the full Game ends when a refund is issued.

Exceptions

Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are considered at our discretion. We may decline refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund process, or a breach of our Terms & Conditions. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, which may give you additional rights depending on where you live.
